Greetings from IMA Project Officer, Ann Uustalu

First of all, warm congratulations to Claus and the whole team for succeeding in having this grant. It was a very competitive call and only few consortia were successful in coming out on top in the evaluation, so - well done!
You have very intense and interesting years ahead, doing research on a topic that should respond well to the needs of mental health care and have an impact in Europe and beyond.
One important thing I would like to mention: please keep in mind what is agreed in the grant agreement, the description of tasks and time table – it is very important to stick to this, to avoid deviations and delays.
Make sure that the coordinator is aware of progress in your tasks and any possible delays or changes. If this should occur he can inform us in advance us to ensure that it is mutually acceptable.
Keep in mind that delays can have knock-on effects for other partners or the whole project, which could become a real problem as we cannot extend the project in time beyond the four years.
I hope to join one of your future project meetings to get to know you all and to hear more about your research and results.
We are very much looking forward to this project and its results.
I wish you good collaboration and much success in your work,
Best regards
Ann
